Before you can add or edit data you must register. Registering with gemdat.org is not required if you just want to visit the site and browse the gem information and photographs, but if you would like to be kept informed about changes and updates to the service, or if you would like to contribute to this project by adding your own photographs and gem data then you should take a few seconds to fill out this form and register. Incomplete profiles, or those with invalid email addresses, will be deleted.

This account is also good for mindat.org, the mineral website. If you already have an account on mindat.org you do not need to register here, you can go ahead and log in with your existing username and password.
