Gujar Killi Valley deposit (Gujar Kili), Swat District (Swat Valley), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North-West Frontier Province), Pakistan

Emerald deposit in the upper reaches of the Swat River near Shangla pass is of economic importance due to the high quality of emeralds. Talc-dolomite schists containing four emerald-bearing zones, up to 100 m and more in length and several meters in thickness.
