This Report/Certificate of test result (the "Report/Certificate") is not a guarantee, valuation or appraisal, and neither the issuer nor the endorser (collectively the "Issuer") is making any representation or warranty regarding this Report/Certificate or the article described herein. This Report/Certificate contains a pure description of the characteristics of the article presented for examination based upon the application of the techniques and equipment available to and used by the Issuer at the time of its examination. Different descriptions of the article may be given depending upon when, how and by whom the article is examined, and may differ in the future as a result of changes and improvements in testing techniques and equipment.

This Report/Certificate is subject to the foregoing and following limitations on the liability of the Issuer, all of which extend to the client for whom this Report/Certificate was prepared and to every other person to whom this Report/Certificate is distributed or shown:

(1) THIS ISSUER AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENT(S) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE FOR ANY ERROR IN OR OMISSION FROM THIS REPORT/CERTIFICATE OR FOR ITS ISSUANCE OR USE, EVEN IF CAUSED BY OR RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT (EXCEPT FRAUD, WILFUL MISCONDUCT OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE) OF THE ISSUER OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES OR AGENT(S), AND

(2) IN ANY EVENT, THE ISSUER AND ITS EMPLOYEES AND AGENT(S) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY ERROR IN OR OMISSION FROM THIS REPORT/CERTIFICATE, FOR ANY ERROR OR OMISSION CAUSED BY THE ACTS OF OTHERS, OR FOR ITS ISSUANCE OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.



As a protection to the public and the Issuer, neither this Report/Certificate nor the name, trademarks or service marks of the Issuer may be used in whole or in part for purposes of advertising, publicity, promotion or others, without the express, prior written authorization of the Issuer.

This Report/Certificate pertains only to the specific article stated as tested by the Issuer and does not in any way apply to the bulk, if any, from which a sample is taken unless the sampling has been carried out by the Issuer and stated as such in the Report/Certificate.

The rights and liabilities (if any) related to this Report/Certificate are restricted to the client to whom the Issuer renders testing service and to whom this Report/Certificate is issued, and such rights and liabilities are not transferable to any other party, regardless of who currently and/or subsequently owns the tested article which forms the subject of this Report/Certificate. The Issuer shall have no obligation to respond to any party, other than the client as stated for any enquiries related to this Report/Certificate.

In view of the possibility of international circulation or international auction of the samples submitted by the specific client & M D Mineral & Gem Researchis specially entrusted to issue a test report in English. This report is only an academic suggestion based on the current scientific research results of the laboratory. The CMA logo is not used in the territory of the People's Republic of China. It is for internal use by the specific client and does not serve as a legally valid certification or legality document.

The above notes have also been translated into Chinese but are for information only. In case of conflict/discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

條 款 及 細 則 :

本檢驗結果報告書/證書(“報告書/證書”)並非一份擔保書，估值書或評價書，而發出者及加簽者(統稱“發報告書者/發證書者”)均非對本報告書/證書或報告書/證書內載述物品作出聲明或擔保。本報告書/證書純粹載述交來审核/檢測物品，根據發報告書者/發證書者進行审核/檢測時可使用及經採用之技術和設備化驗得知的物品之特徵。物品的描述或會因不同的审核/檢測時間、方法及审核/檢測者而有差別，亦或會於將來因技術和設備的轉變和改進而有所差異。

本報告書受上述及下列就發報告書者/證書者之責任規範限制。而此等限制全適用於本報告書/證書之客戶及獲分送或展示本報告書/證書之人士:

(一) 發報告書者/發證書者及其僱員及代理人概不負責本報告書/證書內任何錯誤或遺漏或因其發出或使用所引起之任何損失、損害或費用，即使由發報告書者/發證書者或其任何僱員或代理人的疏漏或其他意外(欺詐、故意行為不當或顯著的疏忽除外)所導致或造成的，及

(二) 於任何情況下， 發報告書者/發證書者及其僱員或代理人，即使已獲告知損害賠償的可能性，概不負責本報告書/證書內任何錯誤或遺漏，或因其他人的行為而導致的錯誤或遺漏、或其發出或使用所引起的特別或間接損害賠償。

為保障公眾及發報告書者/發證書者，本報告書/證書或發報告書者/發證書者之名稱、商標或服務標記，在未得發報告書者/發證書者明確的書面授權時，均不可完全或部份被用作廣告、宣傳、推廣或其他用途。



本報告書/證書只適用於經發報告書者/發證書者化驗的特定物品。若樣本物品整批物品取出，在任何情況下，本報告書/證書將不適用於整批物品，除抽取樣本工作由發報告書者/發證書者進行則屬例外，而此情況會在報告中說明。

與本報告書/證書有關的權利和責任(如有的話)只適用於發報告書者/發證書者提供审核/檢測服務及發出報告書/證書的客戶，不可轉讓，不論何人現時及/或其後擁有該物品。發報告書者/發證書者亦無責任對上述的客戶以外的其他人士就本報告書/證書提出有關的詢問作出回答。

鑑於特定客戶提交的樣品可能進行國際流通或國際拍賣，特委託 & M D Mineral & Gem Research出具英文檢測報告。本報告僅是根據實驗室目前的科學研究成果提出的學術建議。 CMA標誌不在中華人民共和國境內使用。僅供特定客戶內部使用，不作為具有法律效力的證明或合法性文件。
